for subscriptions purchased via our website and using our payment gateway providers.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- A technical issue prevents you from using the Zeetaminds CMS or Player App, and our support team
cannot
resolve it.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the service has
not been actively
used.
- Erroneous charges.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the payment date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals after the renewal date unless there is a technical issue preventing you
from
using
Zeetaminds for more than 7 working days.
- Services already delivered and used.
- Issues unrelated to Zeetaminds (e.g., customer internet or hardware problems).
- Discounts or promotional plans after activation.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Invoice or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business
days.
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time for funds to appear.
5. Subscription Cancellations

- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing
cycle.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
6. No Automatic Renewal Without Consent
We do not enroll customers into automatic renewal without explicit consent at checkout. Renewal
